Tripod head with longer knob handle and straight header_1

Slight addition to Rukey's tripod head. The straight header_1 part's stl file wasn't in the download but shown in the scad file so I rendered and exported one. The part actually in the download is under the tripod on the table in the picture. It was causing a handle/knob conflict so I replaced it.
-Secondly I extended the long knob/handle with a simple cylinder so that the handle be able to move lower before being stopped by the header_1 piece. The part is held in place as I had it befo
