Wanhao i3 E3D v6 Bowden Duct & Cooler

I didn't particularly like the blower ducting that was included with the v6 adapter files. Inspired by the 40mm circular cooler I had on the stock hotend and the ciii cooler which has an open section at the front, I came up with this. It has around 260 degrees of cooling so you can inspect your print while it's in progress.

The current version doesn't have any internal baffling to route flow to the front yet (apart from the small supports). I've also added more meat to the ducting mounts and
