Anet A8 Anti Z wobble with 608zz ballbearing

- the actual diameter of Z axis is little bit smaller the inner size of ball bearing 608zz so PTFE thread seal tape to be used.
- 15/02/17 : add cap and Z rod holder (bottom).
- for right side of the printer, use mirror option of slicer like cura
Note: the 8mm holes for Z rods are tight, some time need to be grinded or bored.
