Tevo Black Widow auto-level sensor mount

mount for adding an inductive or capacitance sensor to the Tevo Black Widow. This mount places the sensor approximately 30mm to the right and 16mm in front of the nozzle.

I used a LJC18A3-H-Z/BX sensor, and connected as follows:

BLUE (-) to PSU ground
BROWN (+) to PSU +24v
BLACK (sensor output) to a 1N4001* diode (anode) then diode (cathode) to Z MIN input on controller (black wire).
