TEVO Black Widow main board adapter

Adapter to move the main board (MKS Gen 1.4) of the TEVO Black Widow by 30 mm front and 30 mm up (using three of the stock nuts and bolts), so I can connect the USB cable from the bottom and have the control box closed, plus a better cable management.

There are some 90 degrees adapters for the printer cable, but I decided just to modify a regular printer cable as you can see in the photo, because I also wanted to flip the board over anyway.
