Ultimaker E3D hotend mount

A E3D hotend mount. Suited for the Ultimaker original and maybe the Ultimaker 2 (not tested). Its designed for optimal space and isn't taking more space than te bearings are long, so maximum travel guaranteed.

It works on 3 30mm fans and comes together with all metric m3 screws for the fans. The hotend clamp uses 2 m3 screws and 2 m3 hex nuts in the bearing space so it really can be tightened (make sure you put the nuts in first). For holding the bearing i used 4 m3 setscrews to be sure no pl
