Printrbot Simple Combined Filament Tube

After working with [Node7Elec's filament guide](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:168485/) and [UXO's feed tube](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:125533/), I couldn't quite decide which one I liked better; the former was better for guiding the filament, but the latter was more stable. So, I did the obvious thing and combined them. The result is a stable filament guide with an extended feed tube to make sure that your filament doesn't get tangled on its way to the extruder.
