30mm cooling fabrikator fan hot end hotend low low profile mount profile turnigy

Quick remix for the use of the 30mm fan for rapid print cooling. Had a hard time finding a way to mount a cooling fan that did not interfere with the hotend cooling fan duct for the LOW PROFILE E3d knock-off, so I remixed my own from an E3D duct/mount.
