Modified j-head e3dv5 support and cooler.

Just a little mod to the original support designed by shawdreamer.
With this one, you can gain more space on the right side of the nozzle.
You need to reprint the cooler as well, because the one from the original design won't fit anymore.
I printed this with fluorescent yellow abs from Hobbyking, 30% 3d honeycomb infill, 3 perimeter and 3 solid infill in the top and bottom.
