Inquisitor's Tie for Harbor Freight Organizer (X-Wing TMG)

This is a half-height small bin for the Inquisitor's Tie Advanced Prototype based on the A-wing bin from [rbross](http://www.thingiverse.com/rbross/about/).

The Thingiview static preview looks corrupted on the side for some reason, but the 3D view is clean and it certainly prints clean, so I don't know what is the issue with the preview pic.

This is GPL'd because that is the license that rbross used for his [A-wing](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1398443). I imported his STL, chopped it
