Generates a box and lid based on measurements provided for the different pockets. Default parameters are set to a side loaded Star Realms box as seen on this: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2106463

Box dimensions are generated based on the widest pocket and the sum of all pocket thicknesses, and the appropriate number of dividers.
