Simple Anti Z Wobble for Anet A8

The Z Axis threaded rod for the Anet A8 is too short to reach all the way to the frame, resulting in z wobble. I made this very simple object to press fit to the top of the rods to extend them enough to reach the holes in the frame. They're easy to install, just take off the plates on the top.
