Anycubic Kossel Plus Heated Bed + Glass + Heat Shield mount

This mount is designed for Anycubic Kossel Plus, with a glass build plate of 240mm and a heat bed of 220mm.

I have also added extra support to hold a round disk of cork (200mm dia, up to 6mm thick) to provide a heat shield between the heat bed and the electronics below (I purchased some cork placemats from ebay which seem to do the trick: http://ebay.co.uk/itm/272476560836).
