arcade cabinet back hole flush router guide

This is a guide to easily cut nice even holes in arcade back doors. Specifically this was used for an atari space duel. I originally tried cutting the hole by hand with a jigsaw but the results were not even and didn't look good.

I designed this as a solution to temporarilly guide a router "flush bit" so you can easily cut smooth holes with rounded corners.

Print 2 of these and attach them together. Then fasten it to the board temporarilly. (I drilled 3/8 holes and used wooded dowels). dr
