Prusa I3 R2 EVO Graduated Knob - Pomello graduato REV.2

Hi, this is a new version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1456211.
I made 2 important changes:
a) the knob design, substituting it with a numbers graduated one
b) the structure, created with M3x5, M3x20 screws and a M3*12 Brass Female Hex Hexagonal Screw Nut Pillar.

The nut pillar is put inside the plastic knob and the 2 screws push one againts the other in it. This way you obtain a rigid block that can rotate up and down in the M3 threaded hole of the
