fidget three balls spinner

based on cema_92 concept but with 3 ball direction.
fit for 6 mm diameter balls and 19 mm OD ball bearing.
i also added the solid works part if you wanna adjust dimensions and so.

update 25.03.17: added a version with 8 mm balls and 22 OD for 608 bearing
