LED Collar for big dogs

My first project, making a collar for my EX-girlfriends dog. (the big letters are the reason why it's not finished yet...)

I'll add everything i've done so far later on including the electronics i am going to use and if someone needs it, a wiring diagram if needed.

I want to make 2 plugs out of flexible Filament to make this thing as waterproof as possible, who knows when the dog wants to swim ;)

The transparent hose is for hydraulic purposes if i remember correctly and is thick and tou
