P6 to EF adapter v2.0

Update 17th of March 2017 - V2.0: I adjusted some dimension and changed to the right flange focal distance. In combination of Canon EF and P6 the flange focal distance is 30,1mm

V1.0: I created this adapter because of the optimisation of the Tilt-Shift-adapter. Before I started with it I used some of the mounts which you can download from here.
