BL Touch-X belt tensioner WanHao I3 v2.1

I made this to combine the BL Touch auto level sensor and the X-belt tensioner that I'm using so I would have a one piece unit. My printer is down as of this writing so I haven't been able to test it.

UPDATE 3/1/17: I printed one out after getting my printer closer to normal. I found a couple of areas that needed help. I fixed one and made a place to put supports better for the of the BL Touch holder/bearing cover and smoothed a few edges. There is now also one for those that upgrade to the
