Sony SNC-CX600W camera holder for CTC Formaker

I've wanted to have a camera holder for some time already, but just recently I've found this cool design, which was really simple to adapt to Formaker printer and Sony SNC-CX600W camera - thanks Björn.

After a little bit of tinkering with printer mounting, this should work on any other replicator clone.
