Dual extruder top plate for CTC, Flashforge, Makerbot, etc

I printed the dual extruder top cap as a replacement for my plywood top cap. I wanted a mount that would secure the ptfe filament tubes better than the stock unit. I also made an optional extruder power cord mount as an addition to the top cap.
On the power cord mount, I used m3x20mm countersink screws and two nuts each, one to make studs and the other to bolt down the piece
