EsaBlower - A toroidal blower for Anycubic Delta Printers

This is an upgrade of my Pentablower design http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2099487.
This is nozzle-centered, has better mounting holes and air should go below the nozzle.

This should be preferred to my previous design, or if you prefer the Pentablower, use this Base instead.
