Sick of Beige baseplate

I bought a development tool that followed the [Sick of Beige](http://dangerousprototypes.com/docs/Sick_of_Beige_standard_PCB_sizes_v1.0) PCB format defined by the folks at Dangerous Prototypes. I didn't need a case but wanted a way to keep it flat on my desk. Since I couldn't find a baseplate online, I threw one together using OpenSCAD. The current model doesn't have holes for screws but I can easily add them if there's demand.
