Anet A8 Flush Cutter Holder

Created a remix from [Simhopp's](http://www.thingiverse.com/Simhopp/about) awesome [tool set holder for Anet A8](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1539675/) for my flush cutters that had a little bit different handle. I also wanted to just use the stock screws and not 4 total.
