E3DV6 Lite support for Prusa i2 and clones

Support for mounting the amazing E3DV6 hot end on the prusa i2 printer.
To be used with any x carriage with 50mm fixing holes, like this:

There are some other similar design, but I used shorter screws (easier to find in hardware stores) and pouches for bolts.
Can be used with Both M2,5 and M3 screws.

You need:
4 x M2,5x20 or M3x30 screws

(the linked carriage requires M2.5)
