Filament Guide for Monoprice Maker Select/Wanhao Duplicator i3/Cocoon Create

I initially downloaded John21's filament guide but found it to be too thick for the existing screws on my printer to reach through to the frame, so I have reduced the thickness of the guide to 2mm, half of the original 4mm, to allow the existing screws on the filament spool holder to be used. I also modified the hole to be less prone to letting go of filament during X axis movement.
