The hydraulic arms on the rear gate/door of my 2002 Dodge Durango wouldn't support the weight of the gate/door when the outside temperature was below about 55F. Since I only use the rear door a few times each year when the temperature is that low (since I live in Texas), I didn't feel it was worth replacing the hydraulic arms on both sides and decided to come up with a quick design to print to take care of the problem.
