Knobs for i6 transmitter

This knob is a direct replacement for the VR knobs on the Flysky/Turnigy/Eachine/etc. i6 transmitter. The stock knob has a very small visual indicator, and basically no tactile indicator, for the position of the knob. I added a large pointer to the knob so it is very easy to see or feel the position of the knob.
