FTC Stealth wheel to Tetrix adapter for drilled out and 1/8 hex stealth wheels)

This is a piece that fits onto a tetrix motor collar, and can then be screwed onto a AndyMark stealth wheel. Earlier in the season, we were using BaneBots 4:1 gearboxes, and we had to use thicker axles. We ordered non-Tetrix compatible wheels, and this piece allows us to still use these wheels
