BananaPi / RasPi + MOSFET mount adapter

Two adapter plates: one for the BananaPi M1 and one for the Raspberry Pi in a raised position.

First I used a BananaPi with my printer, but then moved to Raspberry Pi v3 because of the camera, hence the two adapter plates.

I created the additional RPi part because I wanted to raise the mount position (there was not enough room to plug in the USB cable along with my self made GPIO plug) and to add a second MOSFET mounting plate. I could have modified the original part, but as I had printed
