This is a double mount for two Mobius cameras. It allows you to capture footage both facing away and towards you, giving you some nice views of the day. I personally use this mount for airsoft. It works for 20mm picatinny rails and, once clamped down, it will fit nicely and won't move whilst mounted. The cameras will have a little bit of play once mounted in but nothing to really worry about.
