E3D hotend groove mount with shroud

Single piece groove mount and fan shroud for mounting a v5 E3D hotend to a Prusa i3.
No more rattling caused by a loose fan shroud and a much cleaner look with the added wire clips. Also made my hotend assembly more rigid which improved print quality greatly.
Fits the standard 30mm fan that comes with the E3D hotend.
Can be printed without support.
01/07/14 Update: Though it worked great, I found the piece was a little off and caused the hotend to be positioned at a slight angle. G
