Customizable Badge/Card Holder With Thinner Clip Tab

Took jrebeiro's badge holder and thinned out the clip tab since I was having problems with it being too thick for and causing the snap on my lanyard to pop open.

I made the thickness of the tab tweakable in the customizer in case someone needs a different thickness.
