New KK2.1 Top case

I used Peter Larsen's top KK2.0 design and made a top for the new KK2.1 board. The bottom cases still work for the new KK2.1 board. I've included Peter Larsen's top, back case and buttons in this remix.

Just corrected the scaling use some had when printing out the top. Converted it to mm instead of inch.
