360 duct for FT-5 with E3D v6 & stock extruder

I couldn't find any 360 duct for the combo FolgerTech FT-5 + E3D v6 + stock extruder so I made my own.

Note that the internal separations allow for a regular airflow all around the nozzle (see transparent rendering).

I designed this part so it's as large as possible to avoid restraining too much the airflow produced by a powerful fan (type 40 x 40 x 20) but doesn't reduce the printable surface either. This means a tight fit around the hot end. I printed mine in PLA, my hot end is protected
