parametric "halogen desk lamp" to LED strips retrofit

parametric (you can choose how many rows and cols of led strip modules you want to use) retrofit module to turn ordinary halogen desk lamp (very popular here) to LED based lamp.

why?
Those lamps usually operate near their thermal limit. Often found in trash with burnt thermal fuse. If you replace the fuse with NC bimetal thermal switch they get new life. I usually used 50C or 70C switch because temps above degrade the transformer housing plastic.
This turns to be insufficient to drive 20W
