Gloomhaven HP and XP Dual dial

WIP 3d printed base for his images.

Dials need to be 1mm bigger and the clip together mechanism could be better.

V2 Top - slightly thinner
v2 Dial - 1mm bigger
v2 Base - chamfer on holes

V3 Top - simplified pegs (add a drop of glue) added middle support - not yet printed so please comment if you do.
