Rostock Max Dual PSU panel

Replaces a Rostock max V2 side panel and allows two DPS-1200FB server power supplies to slot right in the side and latch in. They exhaust their hot air directly out of the printer this way, and provide both 12V and 24V rails. One must be modified to allow series connection for 24V.
