E3D V6 mount for CTC Prusa i3 Pro B (original mk7 style extruder)

A rather minimalistic hot end mount for using an E3D V6 (J-head) hot end on a CTC Prusa i3 Pro B with the original extruder (some Stepstruder mk7-ish clone). It has an extension in the front for attaching an optional radial fan.

This mount will probably work with any similar extruder on any Prusa i3, as the carriage mount scew holes have the standard 30mm spacing. I'm unsure of how exactly the CTC extruder compares to a real mk7 in terms of where the filament hole is though - let me know in t
