TRENDnet switch to VESA 200 mount

This allows an 8port trendnet switch to be mounted between two VESA 200 mounting screws on the back of a TV.

This uses the stl file for the 8port pan head screw bracket from thing:1775008. By extending the mounting ears out a little further, it can use two screws of a VESA 200mm mount to mount the switch. However, by extending the ears out beyond 200mm to fit the 200mm of space between the mounting holes, it becomes too large for my print bed. This model has been broken into two pieces so
