Caged ball in regular hexahedron (cube)

Been making caged balls in regular polyhedra. Just a fun doodad. The cage has triangular shaped beams making up a hexahedron, or cube. The ball is built inside.

Separate ball & hex files allow you to make it in two colors if your printer supports it. However, it may be possible to make the ball first, then make the hexahedron, pausing the job as it gets taller than the ball and insert it before finishing the hexahedron job.
