replaces the dual chimera acrylic part and offers modular parts for one or two e3d v6 hotends.

Added a second version of the dual extruder module. The 1mm spacing is fine - in theory. Added 1mm more to an offset of 33mm. My heater blocks distance is < 1mm, the screws (heat cartridge) hit each other.
