Anet A8 X Belt Tensioner (for simhopp idler and gear)

I wanted to complete the orangification of my A8, so I hunted around and found simhopp's X belt parts, but I didn't like the tensioner, preferring the freemark one.

So here is a remixed version (designed from scratch in Fusion), to fit the same kind of design to Simhopp's X idler (which has a narrower gap for the belt than the stock one), and also to have enough space for a real toothed idler pulley instead of the two flanged bearings supplied by anet.
