It´s a housing for a HC-SR501 mounted on a little perfboard. Through the both holes for 3mm screws you can mount it at a wall (or cupboard).
There is a female micro-USB connector, a female USB-A connector, some connectors and a relay. When the PIR is triggered, the relay switches the 5V connection between the USB connectors off as long as its triggered. By turning off the 5V connection, the display of the connected tablet is switched on.
You have to scale it down to 10% before slicing.
