remixed idler for infil 3d v2 bowden

This is my remix of the brilliant infill 3d v2 Bowden extruder, I basically modded the idler to accept a 1/8th bsp to 4mm pneumatic fitting to keep the filament straight and inline with the hobbed bolt, mine kept escaping from the original guide.
