CTC Prusa i3 autolevel support

Support for autolevel sensor.

My CTC Prusa i3 printer comes with a very strange extruder+hotend+aluminium support so it can difficult put some layer fan and more difficult use an autolevel sensor, so I had to design this piece that connected under the aluminium and around of the hot piece (but without touching it) allow fasten the autolevel sensor and adjust it using the both screws that there are under the extruder.
