MP Select Mini Spike Knob

This is a remix of rbnhd's "Spike Control Knob for Monoprice MP Select Mini 3D Printer"

I wanted to have the Select Mini logo embossed on the knob and also added a depression for your finger to rest for easier spinning.

As with the original you may need to widen the receiving hole for the shaft or lightly sand the smooth outer diameter depending on your printer's tolerances.
