Octoprint raspberry pi rig remix

This a remix of the top portion of the adafruit octoprint raspberry pi rig 3.5" pitft touch. I had issues with strength of the joint on the top half, so I beefed it up.

update 3/11/17:
added cutouts in the joining edge to eliminate the small interference with the HDMI/Audio ports
