Prusa Mk2 Pinda Lock Sleeve

This is a taller PINDA protector that should press right up against the bottom nut and act as a locknut, which is much better than using loctite. I left it unthreaded because in the past pre-threaded PINDA protectors spun off on my machine due to vibration. I have my PINDA set so that this part should be 13.65mm (file is 13.8, intent was to sand to perfect length). I have included a step file so you can make it whatever height you want.
