M5 drop-in T nut for 2020 extrusion

I modified CthulhuLabs' drop in T-nut design to have an M5 size hole (actually slightly smaller, so a M5 screw will self-tap it) and to turn in place smoother than the original. These hold surprisingly well. In a pinch you can use this instead of a metal drop-in T nut.
